You e-mail, fax, or mail us your bank statements on a monthly basis. Alternatively, most of our clients give us on-line read only access to their bank websites so that we may access the information.
We take the information from your statements and canceled checks and organize it in the form of a balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and equity statement.
We send you a detail of transactions that require an explanation from you in the form of a spreadsheet if we have any questions.
We reconcile bank accounts for you.
We go over the financial information with you once it is completed.
We provide you with business, tax, or financial advice as requested.
We prepare your corporate income tax returns.

Our turnkey accounting and tax solution is designed for those businesses that want to utilize us as their back end accounting department. All accounting transactions flow from our office location at 760 Market Street, Ste 1018, San Francisco, CA 94102.

We prepare a balance sheet, profit and loss, and equity statement.
We provide you with business, tax, or financial advice as requested.
